1. Rescue Sex Enslaved Children First and foremost, OBV was established to carry out this mission: to save children from being sold into sex slavery and then offer them the best tools to succeed in their lives. That includes but is not limited to safe shelter, love, care, education, advancement, and protection! |

2. Raising AwarenessOBV commits to doing whatever it takes to raise awareness about the problems of “sex enslaved children” in all communities, especially in villages where children are most vulnerable. In addition, OBV also organizes training courses and workshops geared toward parents to offer them skills necessary to educate their children and improve their family’s fnancial status. |

3. Homes (room and board ) OBV strives to offer the safest and happiest home for underprivileged children who have been abandoned, neglected, orphaned, and/or abused – especially sexually abused children. |

4. Health Care OBV organizes health checks monthly for the children

5. Sponsorship/ Scholarship OBV offers fnancial support for vulnerable children whose families are facing economic hardship because these children are at risk of becoming “slaves”. |
| 6. Educational Assistance OBV organizes “Love Class” – free of charge, which provides children with an elementary level education (Kindergarten to Grade 5). The goal of this program is to improve children’s development in the future and to help them to have enough qualifed education to enter the public school when they are allowed to integrate into public schools. |
